One-off Steel Projects
We specialise in one-off steel fabrication projects, no matter the size or complexity. Whether you have detailed plans or just an idea, we can design, fabricate, and finish custom metal components to suit your requirements.
CNC Plasma Profile Cutting
Our CNC plasma cutting service features a 3000 x 1500 bed, allowing for accurate and efficient profile cutting of steel plate up to 16mm. You can supply DXF files, or we can assist with drawing and design to ensure precise results for your project.
Brake Press Forming
We offer brake press forming with a 3000mm bed, capable of handling up to 10mm plate. This allows us to produce clean, consistent folds for a wide range of sheet metal fabrication applications.
Pan Brake Folding
Our pan brake folding service (2400mm capacity) is ideal for lighter gauge sheet metal work, including trays, panels, and custom folded components. This process is well suited to both functional and architectural fabrication.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We provide complete sheet metal fabrication services, including cutting, forming, folding, and finishing. From simple components to more complex assemblies, we fabricate parts that are accurate, durable, and ready for installation.
Steel Rolling & Bending
Our workshop is equipped for steel rolling and bending, allowing us to create curved components for structural, architectural, and custom fabrication projects. Ideal for rings, frames, and curved design elements.
MIG, TIG, and Arc Welding
We offer MIG, TIG, and arc welding services, all completed in-house. This ensures strong, reliable welds across a wide range of materials and fabrication applications, from light sheet metal to heavy structural components.
Gas cutting and LPG plant
Our gas cutting capability allows us to handle heavier steel sections and specialised cutting requirements. Combined with our LPG plant, this gives us flexibility across a wide range of fabrication jobs.
Hydraulic Punch and Drill Press Work
We provide hydraulic punching and drill press services for accurate hole placement and component preparation. This is ideal for fabrication jobs requiring repeatable precision and clean finishes.
Blacksmithing
With traditional blacksmithing capabilities, including a fly press and power hammer, we can produce hand-forged components and custom metalwork. This allows us to combine modern fabrication with traditional craftsmanship where required.
Custom Trailer Fabrication
We design and build custom trailers, including utility trailers, stock trailers, flat decks, and specialist builds. Each trailer is fabricated to suit your specific requirements, ensuring durability and performance in real-world conditions.
